Dennis is the firm’s Law and Policy Advisor. He has provided legal advisory services to the Government of Ghana, civil society organizations, and international development agencies, including the FAO, UNDP, and the EU Delegation (EUD). His consulting work includes auditing and benchmarking Ghana’s laws, policies, and institutions against treaties and international best practices to inform reform. He has also advised clients on corporate regulatory compliance, insurance claims, and commercial, tax, and labor disputes. In addition, he leads ESG consulting engagements and co-convenes Taylor Crabbe and ClientEarth’s quarterly Legal Working Group, while delivering legal services to CSOs and capacity-building workshops for journalists, police prosecutors, judges, and magistrates on Ghana’s environmental and natural-resources law.
