Albert is the firm’s Managing Associate. He is a member of the corporate and commercial team, where he advises clients on complex, high-value cross-border transactions, structured and project finance, extractive industries, carbon credit projects, and regulatory compliance.
He is also a member of the Research and Consultancy team. He leads projects on legislative and policy reform in the environmental and natural resources sector. His work in this area spans advisory to government bodies, multilateral institutions, and private sector clients seeking to align operations with evolving regulatory and ESG standards.
Beyond private practice, Albert is a Lecturer in the Department of Law and Public Policy at Ashesi University. He has previous work experience with the World Bank in Washington, D.C., and at a New York-based finance firm.
His hobbies include golf, networking, and playing squash.
