Albert is an Associate with the Corporate & Commercial and Research & Consultancy teams at TaylorCrabbe. He provides transactional and regulatory advice to clients on corporate law, ESG, carbon credit projects, finance, and tax.
Albert also consults as a legal expert for Civil Society Organisations, development partners, and the Government of Ghana on legislative reform and institutional capacity building in the natural resources and climate change sectors.
He has prior work experience with the World Bank’s Legal Development Finance team, as a finance associate in a New York firm, and as a law lecturer at GIMPA and Ashesi University College.
He is qualified to practice law in New York State and Gambia.
