Albert is a dual qualified lawyer and a certified mediator. Albert has experience in company compliance requirements, property acquisition, debt restructuring, corporate restructuring and tax and investments. Albert has a strong understanding of commercial practice and compliance requirements. Albert was the 2019 recipient of awards in Company and Commercial Practice and Conveyancing and Legal Drafting at the Gambia Law School.
As a consultant, Albert has provided research and support services on a number of projects including benchmarking of Ghana’s legislation against International Principles, Institutional assessments, legislative auditing and policy development, training and capacity building and legislative drafting.
Albert has been with the firm since his first year of Law school. He was first engaged as an intern at the Faculty of law, he continued working as research assistant whilst in school and has risen through the ranks to an associate. Albert frequently publishes in online law journals and newspaper editorials.
