Kofi is a consultant and barrister with TaylorCrabbe. He is a member of the Estates and Family team and is in charge of the firm’s Family Law practice.
As a consultant he specializes in training and capacity building of institutions. He has provided consultancy services for clients including the Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA), World Bank, International Labour Organization (ILO), German Development Corporation (GIZ) amongst others.
Kofi is a seasoned litigator and has litigated at various levels of the court hierarchy. He has also represented clients before administrative tribunals such as the National Labour Commission. He has represented multinational corporations and individuals in both traditional and alternative dispute resolution.
Kofi has worked professionally with Atuguba & Associates (A&A), a member of the Law and Development Associates Group (LADA Group). He held the position of Managing Associate of the firm. Kofi has also lectured at the Catholic Institute of Business and Technology (CIBT), Wisconsin Faculty of Law, and the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) Faculty of Law. He currently lectures at the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA) Law School.
His practice areas include Labour and Employment Law, Family law, Civil Litigation and Appeals, Criminal Litigation and Appeals, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Capacity Building and Institutional Training. His hobbies include reading and listening to music.
