Kwaasi is the Partner in charge of Dispute Resolution at TaylorCrabbe. He also doubles as in-house policy advisor on land reforms and governance. Kwaasi has over a decade’s experience as a court room practitioner and has held audience in the various courts in Ghana. He has represented local and international clients including individuals and corporations in commercial and property related litigation. He has also consulted for BOST and MTN on property acquisitions, Government of Ghana and various banks on security and collateral transactions.
Kwaasi has worked professionally with Oxford and Beaumont (Now ENSAfrica) and the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration as an adjunct lecturer of Immovable Property. He is also an entrepreneur and has set up a number of SME’s in and around Accra providing employment to the youth in his community.
His areas of practice include General Litigation, Intellectual Property, Property Law and Corporate and Commercial practice.
His hobbies include watching and playing squash, scrabble and reading.
