Kwaasi is the Managing Partner at TaylorCrabbe and the head of the Family and Estates team. He is renowned for his expertise and unmatched knowledge of Ghana’s real estate market. He has represented and advised international and local clientele on market-defining land acquisition and real estate projects in developing and developed areas across Ghana. He also advises on collateral and securitization for financial institutions and their clients.
Kwaasi has worked professionally with Oxford and Beaumont (Now ENSAfrica) and the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration as an adjunct lecturer of Immovable Property. He is also an entrepreneur and has set up a number of SMEs in and around Accra, providing employment to the youth in his community.
