Sheila is a member of the Research and Consultancy team. She consults for Civil Society Organizations, governments, and development partners on natural resources and environmental and climate change-related reform. 

She has prior work experience in educational administration and management from a leading educational institution in Ghana. 

Her hobbies include singing and reading.
